Return & Refund Policy

You can cancel your purchase from HIGHTECH SOLUTIONS made in our online store within 3 days from the date of the purchase and we will refund you the full price. If the return is made outside this period or the service has been already worked on HIGHTECH SOLUTIONS will not be able to accept the cancelation and will not be able to refund the payment. Cancellations will only be accepted if the service has not been started yet.
HIGHTECH SOLUTIONS reserves the right to accept or reject the cancellation request.
CHANGE POLICY
HighTech Solutions does not accept service changes. If you wish to change a service, you must cancel your purchase for a refund and place a new order. It is only possible to receive a refund for a canceled service if it is made according to our refund policy. The refund of the purchase will be by deposit of the amount to your bank account.
HIGHTECH SOLUTIONS’s customer service department will review the time and date of your purchase and of the cancellation request of the services.
We do not refund servicesif the cancellation request was not made within the correct time period.

SERVICE REFUND INSTRUCTIONS
To cancel a service, please follow these instructions:
- Contact our customer service team to begin the processing of your cancellation. They will let you know if your request is authorized according to our refund policy.
- If your request is authorized, we will ask you for your banking account information to start the refund process.
- Before calling our customer service line, please make sure you have the following information handy:
- Order number.
- Date of an order.
- Telephone number.
- Email address
CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER
Since we always try to process orders as soon as possible, you can only cancel an order by calling our customer service shortly after placing it, within 3 calendar days.
INDEMNIFICATION
User agrees to indemnify HIGHTECH SOLUTIONS, its affiliates, suppliers, vendors, and consultants against any action, claim or demand (including for attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising out of any breach by User of this Agreement; including, without limitation of any arising out of:
- a) Any aspect of your use of our website.
- b) The information contained or made available on or through the said site or from libel, defamation, or any other conduct in violation of this agreement by the user in the use of the aforementioned web page.
- c) Violation of applicable laws or international treaties relating to copyright or intellectual property rights contained or available on or through such website.
TERMINATION
HIGHTECH SOLUTIONS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, and without notice or notification to you, to:
- a) Terminate this Agreement permanently.
- b) Discontinue or cease publication of the website without liability to HIGHTECH SOLUTIONS, its affiliates, or suppliers.
SUBSISTENCE
These TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE, as well as any additional terms, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. Any clause or provision of this agreement and the additional terms that are found to be legally invalid shall be deleted or modified at the option of HIGHTECH SOLUTIONS to correct its defect or flaw. However, all other clauses or provisions shall remain in full force, effect and validity.
NO WAIVER OF RIGHTS
The failure of HIGHTECH SOLUTIONS, its affiliates, or suppliers to exercise any right or remedy under this agreement shall not at any time be construed as a waiver of such right or remedy.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This agreement shall be subject to and construed by the laws and before the courts of Brazil.
