LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HIGHTECH SOLUTIONS shall in no event be liable for any direct, special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages that in any way arise out of or relate to:

(a) HighTech Solutions’ use or performance of the website, delay or unavailability of use.

In the event that HIGHTECH SOLUTIONS has been notified or advised of the possibility of such damages, all of the foregoing shall apply even if HIGHTECH SOLUTIONS has been notified or advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

 

HIGHTECH SOLUTIONS may, at any time and from time to time, assign all or part of its rights and obligations under this Agreement. By such assignment, HIGHTECH SOLUTIONS shall be released from any obligation to you under this Agreement.

 

SHIPPING METHODS

Each shipping method has its restrictions and costs, which will be applied to your order.

When you register, you will be asked to enter your billing and shipping address before finalizing your order, the total shipping costs will be calculated automatically.

 

DELIVERY TIME

STANDARD DELIVERY: 10 TO 12 BUSINESS DAYS*.

Your order should arrive within ten business days (major cities), counting from the date of order.

*Delivery is on business days only.

During the discount period, orders may take slightly longer to process.

For orders placed the day before a holiday, delivery time will be extended by 1 or 2 extra business days.

 

SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

 

  • Orders are shipped on business days only.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays in Brazil or the destination country.
  • All deliveries will be accompanied by an invoice.
  • We do not refund shipping costs in the case of returned items.

DELIVERY

HIGHTECH SOLUTIONS will deliver to the address provided by you within the territory requested. HIGHTECH SOLUTIONS can only deliver to a delivery address that is a home or office address. Deliveries will be made on working days, excluding public holidays. All deliveries will be accompanied by an invoice.

If you request HIGHTECH SOLUTIONS to deliver the order in multiple shipments, HIGHTECH SOLUTIONS may charge you extra delivery costs. Each individual shipment will constitute a separate contract. If HIGHTECH SOLUTIONS is late in delivering a shipment or one of the shipments is not correct, this will not entitle you to cancel any other shipment. 

Delivery periods are indicative and are therefore not considered strict deadlines. The mere fact that you have exceeded a delivery period shall not give you any right to compensation. For this purpose, a notice of default must be sent to HIGHTECH SOLUTIONS.

 

OPTIONS IN CASE OF DELIVERY PROBLEMS

If HIGHTECH SOLUTIONS discovers before entering into the contract that it is unable to supply the products or services or services ordered, it may offer you an equivalent product in terms of quality, price, and function. You will not be obliged to accept the replacement product. If you so wish, you may return it within 30 days and HIGHTECH SOLUTIONS will bear the costs (obviously, your right of cancellation or return will remain).

If HIGHTECH SOLUTIONS discovers after entering into the contract that it is unable to supply the ordered products or services and is not responsible for this situation, it shall be entitled to terminate the contract. HIGHTECH SOLUTIONS will of course inform you immediately and refund any payments you have made.  

 

PAYMENT METHODS AND CURRENCY
Please refer to our Website for information on available payment methods. HIGHTECH SOLUTIONS will conduct an individual credit check for each purchase by HIGHTECH SOLUTIONS’s privacy policy. Depending on the results of this check, HIGHTECH SOLUTIONS reserves the right to refuse certain payment methods. 
 
Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.
 
RETURN INFORMATION
Right of Return: Subject to the provisions of these Terms of Delivery, you may return the products or services received once you have contacted our customer service department and such request is authorized. For a return to be valid, it must be made within 30 days of receipt of the product. The products or services must also be returned, unused and complete, including their original packaging whenever reasonably possible. Once your return has been authorized, we will contact you.  It is important that when making the return you consider all the products or services of the same order that you want to return. Should you request a second return of the same order HIGHTECH SOLUTIONS reserves the right to accept or reject the second request. To request your return, please contact us.

 

Customer Service:

In the event of a valid return by these Terms of Delivery, HIGHTECH SOLUTIONS will refund the purchase price you have paid for the returned product within thirty days of receipt of the product or cancellation of the contract. However, please note that the process may take up to 59 days since in case of payment by credit card the financial institution (VISA or MasterCard) may take longer to apply the refund to your account. If a product is returned and HIGHTECH SOLUTIONS believes that it has been damaged by an act or omission attributable to you, or otherwise at your risk, HIGHTECH SOLUTIONS may deduct from the amount to be returned to you the diminished value of the product as a result of such damage. You may avoid the obligation to compensate for the diminished value of a product caused by the use of such product if you do not use the product as if it were your property and if you refrain, as far as reasonably possible, from any action that may adversely affect its value.

Our satisfaction guarantee is unconditional. If you feel that HIGHTECH SOLUTIONS products or services purchased from our website do not meet your needs (subject to normal wear and tear), please return your order and you will receive your exchange immediately.

For 100% satisfaction, you can return purchases made at HIGHTECH SOLUTIONS within 30 days.
